Spring Creek Watershed Commission

A remodeling of the Spring Creek Watershed’s visual identity, as seen on their website https://www.springcreekwatershedcommission.org/

Elements

Brand Assets – primary and secondary marks (as needed), typography selection, color palette, patterns/supporting graphics
Deliverables – stationery (business card, letterhead, envelope), social media campaign, and three additional items of your choosing
Identity Guidelines (4 page minimum)

Students will design a basic visual identity, including a system of typographic marks for an organization around Centre County, in collaboration with the Penn State Sustainability Institute. The system will include the design of brand assets,  well as use the system to create a series of deliverables (brand assets, stationery, and social media). Students will also design a set of identity guidelines, which will function as a guide for future users of the system to effectively utilize the marks as designed.

Project Requirements

Spring Creek Watershed Commission is an organization located in central Pennsylvania whose goal is to oversee, advance, and coordinate projects and programs that are consistent with the long-range vision of the Spring Creek Watershed. This redesign provides SCWC with a new logo and secondary marks, stationery to be used for official paperwork, a lively color scheme that takes inspiration from the original palette, as well as identity guidelines for the organization to implement in the future.
